Peggy Lents

Peggy founded Lents Mazur & Associates (originally Lents & Associates) in 1987 to provide strategic and customized marketing, communications and public relations services. The firm works with diverse for-profit and nonprofit clients, locally and nationally.

Peggy is integrally involved in the St. Louis region, having served on multiple organization boards including as Chair of the Advisory Board for the Alzheimer’s Association and on the Women’s Leadership Cabinet of the United Way. The firm has dedicated pro bono service for a wide variety of nonprofits through the years.

A frequent guest lecturer, Peggy has worked with Washington University, Webster University, Fontbonne University and Lindenwood University, as well as professional groups including the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Community Service Public Relations Council. Early in her career, Peggy served in the public sector in Washington, D.C. in Congress and managed a national political intern program.

A magna cum laude graduate of Tufts University, Peggy has an M.A. in Public Administration from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. She served on the Dean’s Leadership Council for Harvard’s Kennedy School. Among other awards, Peggy was one of the St. Louis Business Journal “25 Most Influential Women in Business”.
