Happy Women’s History Month!

It’s a great month, as we get an extra chance to celebrate the women who charted the path before us and the women who continue paving our way forward today.

From early on, women have played a vital role in my career: they dropped my name in rooms full of opportunities; they spoke affirmations over me when they saw my potential before I did; they told me to go for that job opportunity that felt out of my reach (this one 😉), and they told me that the big dreams I have for serving our community — are exactly what I should be doing.

Women have changed my path, and it’s my duty and honor to continue their legacy. I’m proud to work for a women-led firm, serve a woman-led client, and celebrate every month the strong, badass women we get to work alongside.

Here’s to women — together, we can be a step ladder, moving us all to greater heights.
